Taxi Service in Daejeon (South Korea)

My Husband and I are heading to Muju Ski Resort in February 2012.

We plan to take the high speed train from Seoul to Daejeon and then take a taxi to the Resort from Daejeon train station.

Would like to know if I can simply flag any taxi outside the train station (language barriers aside) to bring us there? Not sure if the taxi drivers there commonly travel this route without pre-booking as it is quite a distance away.

Thanks for your help!

Why don't you ask your hotel? Failing that, this site may help: http://www.mdysresort.com/english/ab...assenger02.asp

I found the Korea Tourist people extremely helpful: http://english.visitkorea.or.k Try sending them an email if the hotel won't help.

Don't believe qv about the prevalence of English. Once out of Seoul, not a lot, but people will go way out their way to be helpful, and in extreme cases find someone who DOES speak some English.
