Around S$17.00, I think.
We also paid about S$14- S$17, it depends on the time of the day you use the taxi, during rush hours it is more expensive. This is the rate between Changi and the Ritz Carlton which is also on Marina Bay, around the corner of the Pan Pacific.
LeighTravelClub & Desertrose 1,
Thank you for your replies.
It is certainly a lot more reasonable than the transfer offered by hotel or the pre-paid transfers online (about S$ 56 for latter, over S$ 100 by hotel).
I'll take a taxi.
Paulchili, the system they use at Changi is very civilised. You may arrive at the queue and find quite a line waiting. Don't worry.....it's all controlled by a man in uniform and the wait is not long. In many ways, Changi is probably the best airport I've ever used.
