Staying Healthy In SE Asia

Jump to last reply

My husband and I will be touring Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam in October. We will be with a very well known tour company and will be staying in good hotels. However, I have been advised to only drink bottled water and be careful not to get water in my eyes or mouth even when showering in the hotel. How does someone do this? It seems impossible to shower and not get some water on your face. I have heard only great things about this trip but it seems impossible to not get some kind of stomach bug. How has anyone else handled this? Am I worried for nothing?
