See here what Singapore has to offer:

Enough to keep you busy for several days.
There is plenty of nightlife around the Boat Quay (Singapore river) area. There are also other places (friend of mine once went to the Ipanema club).

Microbrew pubs have flourished in Singapore over the last decade although most are big drinking halls rather than intimate pubs. Brewerkz led the way and now has three locations www.brewerkz.com Its Clarke Quay headquarters is vast, with enough TV screens to follow sports events around the world. When a big tournament is on, expats will pack the place to cheer on the back-home side. Stiff prices, running towards $10US a pint for their own tasty brews, relax a couple of bucks during mid-afternoon happy hours.
Here's a list of some of the other sip-and-mingle brewpubs
