HI! We have a 6ish hour layover in Seoul on our way home after a SE Asia trip and we would like to get out of the airport and see the palace. I am fully aware that we won't have much time there and won't get to see everything, etc. but we would rather get a short taste of Korea than sit in the airport. Our layover is from about 12-6:30 I believe.
It looks like there are several line changes we will have to make if we take the subway. How long would it take to get from the airport to the palace that way? Is a taxi really even an option and how much would that cost and how much time would it save?
Lastly, is there a different site that we should be focusing on that would maybe be easier to get to on a time crunch? Thank you so much for your help!
Short Seoul layover - how best to see Gyeongbokgung?
