Shanghai Hotels

We are traveling to China in January to begin a 16 day cruise. We are looking for assistance with pre cruise hotel options and advice on number of nights recommended for first time visitors. Has anyone stayed at the Radisson? It is rated 5 star with a $122 USD per night. Will two nights be enough? What shouldn't we miss?
