Sewing project....need a cheap tailor

While in Ubud I would like to buy some cheap ethnic fabric and then have small bags made with or without a drawstring to store handcrafted jewelry. I will need about 60 bags.

Do you have any suggestion on where to start looking for someone? I'm picturing some back alley rather than a bouqiute with a seamstress. They don't need to be perfect.

Thanks for any suggestions.
