In his restaurant "Santi" in Marina Bay Sands Singapore, Masterchef Santi Santamaria passed away of a sudden heart attack on 16 Feb 2011at or around 8pm. The terrible part is that no one, as far as is known, rendered CPR to him while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Why did the staff of Marina Bay Sands and the people in his kitchen where he fainted and collapsed, do nothing like give immediate CPR???
He might be alive today...
Well, St. Peter at the pearly gates will enjoy good food now...
