Royal Silk Holidays

I am in the early stages of planning a trip to Thailand and Laos. Although we've done a lot of independent travel, we like to have our guide and car arrangements done by a local travel agent. We used Tonkin Travel last year for a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and could use them again for this trip. Royal Silk Holidays was recommended by the guide we used in Bangkok and we liked her a lot. Has anyone had dealings with them, and if so, how did your trip turn out? Please let me know if you've used another company that you'd like to recommend.
