River trips on Kalimantan

Jump to last reply

I am working out our itinerary for March -- much thanks to everyone who has helped thus far -- and am hitting a bit of a wall on a river trip on Kalimantan. wowborneo is booked for when we were hoping to go, plus it is a short and fairly constrained trip, so we have been looking at the possibility of doing a private trip on a klotok, but would love any advice/recommendations. Ideally, we are more interested in culture than wildlife, so trips that just go to see orangutans without seeing any local villages would be less interesting.

Thanks!
