Hello everyone -

I have done numerous searches for travelogues written about Hanoi, but sorting through all the results has proved to be extremely time consuming.

If anyone has an account of their trip to Hanoi somewhere online, or knows of a good travelogue written by someone else, please post a link in this thread.

I have been to Hanoi 2 times within the last 3 years. I will be glad to answer any questions you would like answered. The last year I took an overnight trip to Halong Bay which was a highlight for me. email [email protected]

I just returned from Hanoi on the 22nd and am happy to answer qns. Sorry but cannot yet post a trip report as am using net cafes to access computer. Stayed at De Syloia on reco of Kathie and other feedback. Also have name of great driver for US$20 per day.
