renovations at the Salisbury YMCA Hong Kong?

I'm will be in Hong Kong at the end of August, and was interested in booking a room at The Salisbury YMCA. I noticed that there was a limited selection of rooms through the online reservations system, and thought this was odd for four months out. (I wanted a harbour view room, and none were available.) I called them and found out that starting in July there will be renovations on the hotel.

Does anyone have more information on this? Any advice on whether we should still book a standard room there, or should I look elsewhere?

Thanks!
