Recommendation for a hotel with sea beach view in Digha, West Bengal

Like to visit Digha in Jan/Feb 2011 for a few days. Looking for a good, clean hotel close to the sea beach.

Need a very clean bed and bathroom. These two are MUST!!!
Need a safe area as I hear issues about Old Digha and New Digha.
If you have any recoommendation for sea food In the hotel/outside the hotel), please share with us. A trip without good food is meaningless!!!
please advise.
