Quiet Zone on Air Asia Flights

Jump to last reply

Of course, like the old "No-Smoking" zones, it will be pretty annoying if you pay for one of these seats, then have a crying baby in the regular seats right behind you....

From Air Asia's website:

AirAsia X Quiet Zone
Shhhh… introducing the new Quiet Zone for all of our AirAsia X flights, simply
because we know that sometimes all you need is some peace and quiet for a more
pleasant journey with us.

Quiet Zone will only be available starting February 2013. However, you can
pre-book and select your seats now for your 2013 travels.

What is Quiet Zone?
• Quiet Zone is an exclusively reserved area between rows 7-14.
• Guests who are travelling with guest under 12 will not be eligible to book seats in Quiet Zone.
Why pick Quiet Zone?
Minimal noise with no disturbances.
Strategically located right behind the Premium Seats.
Special ambience lighting.
Standard pick-a-seat fee of RM 35 for Economy and RM 110 for Hot Seats applies.
Who is eligible for Quiet Zone?
• Any Guests above the age of 12.
• Any Guests who are NOT travelling with guest under 12.
