Questions about Peking Duck and rickshaws

I saw a special on NG last night.The man had "Cathey" which looked like duck. Is the Peking Duck in China the same as Cathey in Thiland? Also, when getting a rickshaw in China do you get one that a person pulls or a bike pulls? Or dosen't it matter.
