Cheryl has posted a new video on YouTube. This one is my favorite of the Boudhnath videos.

Thanks, Kathie. This makes me realize how commercially developed most of the areas of SEA that I have visited are by comparison.
I was just about to sit down to view the film, KUNDUN, about the life of the Dalai Lama. It was recommended by someone on another Fodor's thread. Thanks to you and Cheryl for the eye-opening short to start my film session. What wonderful resources we have here.
Thanks Kathie! And thank Cheryl too. We really enjoyed Boudhanath -- and Changu, too, thanks to your report. I hope to get back to Nepal one of these days and spend more time at some of these places, especially Bouhanath.
thanks, this brought me right back there!
I love Nepal, one of my fav places... last time i went to bhaktapur, i never thought i would find a city like that in the world =) did you go there alone ?
This was my second visit to Nepal and Cheryl and I went together.
When I was at Bhaktapur in 1994, I saw almost no other travelers there. This trip, it was the place we saw the most other travelers.
