Need Hotel in Seoul for Family of 4

I'm having a difficult time finding a hotel in Seoul that will accommodate my family, which includes two early elementary children. It seems unless I book a two-room suite that the hotel will only allow 3 per room. The suite is too expensive for us and we do not want to split up into two rooms. One or both children happily sleep on the floor curled up on a thick blanket, so the bedding is not an issue.

We would also consider an apartment or vacation-type villa for our 4 night stay in Seoul.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I have no personal experience with the accommodations you need but when I was reseaching Seoul I saw them. The one that stands out is Fraser http://seoul-central.frasershospitality.com but others are listed at http://seoul.biz-stay.com/home.cfm.
(I don't know why this repeats the addresses, I didn't repeat them.)

I think I saw some places advertising l,2, and 3 bedrooms.

Good Luck with your search.

Thank you so much for the leads. I found the M Chereville Hotel on the biz-stay site. It looks fantastic. I would prefer to book directly with the hotel but can't seem to obtain their contact information. Can anyone help?

Kennedy3,

I have looked on-line to find info. on this hotel for you, and came up with the following conclusion: they don't do any of their own bookings, and use brokers and agents to perform that task for them.

If you look on Trip Advisor, they do not have a direct link to the hotel, but have a link to Expedia and Hotels.com. A google search comes up with links to asia-hotel, asiahotels, asiarooms, hotelclub, agoda, etc. as ways to link to on-line reservation systems for the hotel.

I would try a couple of those sites and see what you get! You can even call hotels.com.

Good luck! Many of the reviews on Trip Advisor look good, and have useful information (like recommending that you have the name and address of the hotel written in Korean when you arrive as many of the taxi drivers at the airport do not know the hotel.)

The Fraser Suites and the Somerset are a nice options and they are in a great location. I've never stayed at them, but I have friends who live there and love it.

I'm surprised a hotel would not let small children share with their parents. Did you try the Ambassador Sofitel? I stayed there recently but on my own and would recommend it but maybe it has a silly rule like that.

My husband is leaving tomorrow for Seoul on business. The company had booked him into Oakwood Premier Coex Center Hotel. It is a apartment type of hotel, the reviews on Trip Advisor were excellent. They have two bedroom units that can surely accommodate 4 people.
