Mealea - looking for an interesting Tokyo visit. All welcome to comment.

Mealea, thank you for pointing out that my itinerary didn't include too many interesting things to do in Tokyo. Please help me, as so far my research has been done by pouring over books and a few websites. We are a family of four - parents and two college-age children - who love to travel, hike wherever we go, take pictures and don't mind wandering off the beaten path. We all love to eat, too and we don't mind going out of our way to see something interesting or get a great meal. Any suggestions for improvement to my current itinerary would be greatly appreciated.

For those of you who have not read my previous post, it included the usual Tokyo sites: Rikugien Garden, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, National Science Museum, Kappabashi, Sensoji, Nakamise-dori, Roppogi Hills & Midtown, Tsukiji Fish market, Akihabara, Imperial Palace & gardens, Ghibli Museum, Shibuya, National Museum of Emerging Science, Tokyo Decks, Shinjuku, Meiji Park and Harajuku.
