Malaysia - Remembering name of hotel in Cameron Highlands

Can anyone remind me of this hotel's name & location?

In 2004, my wife/I stayed 2 nights in the area around Brinchang/Tanah Rata in a very nice English Cottage looking hotel. A landmark was an old English public phone cabin across the street from the hotel entrance. It was a 2 or 3-storey building. There were no other facilities like chalets or room in separate facilities. Photos available.

It is not or does not look like to be Bala's Chalet.
If the lake is in Tanah Rata, then it was definitely not there.
