Luang Prabang or XingPing or Manilla

Jump to last reply

Hey guys, looking for a bit of advice on which place to visit.

I will be in Hong Kong, and have about 5 days to travel. I am looking for a one destination, short trip - and these three places so far caught my attention.

LP - something pulls me to go there.

XP - the places just seems magical. And quite certain its the least touristy of the three. Definitely a draw.

Manilla - I probably will never plan a trip to philippines by itself, so this sounds like a good time to do a visit. Fascinating city, and lots of nearby places to get away from the crowd.

I have been to South East before - Thailand and Singapore. I know everyone would probably say depends on what you would like to do, and the three options could not be more apart from each other. I definitely would not want too much tourist crowd around. And i don't speak any of the languages.

So given the three - which will you recommend for a 5-day experience? Thanks.
