Most of those places you don't need a guide. In Siem Reap, you may want a guide for the temples. Your hotel can get you a car and driver plus a guide, or you can contact Ponheary Ly or her brother, Dara, both highly recommend. (a quick search here will turn up the email address),
If you are looking for guided tours, any hotel can arrange that for you.
For SR, you can reach Ponheary at Ponheary@Yahoo.com. She helped us a lot, including hotel.
Just a FYI, Ponheary's new email is Lyponheary@yahoo.com
