Hi folks.
My family (Me,the wife and 11 year old daughter)are returning to Thailand after a gap of 4 years.
We shall be spending a few days in a superior triple room at The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok and would be interested to hear peoples opinions of this property.
We are particularly keen to hear what you think of the room category we shall be staying in, particularly in terms of the space in the room.
Also, for those who have stayed at The Landmark, what are the chances of being upgraded if we are dissatisfied with the room quality ?

i'm sure you could always upgrade if a room is available...you would have to be willing, of course, to pay the additional money....
you spend so little time in the room it really doesn't matter if you are out and about most of the time...doesn't the hotel tell you how many sq meters it is?? if not ask them via e-mail..
Thanks for your advise - but sometimes it is better to hear these things first hand from personal accounts.
Come on, someone out there must have stayed at The Landmark - I have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore & Hong Kong, so if anyone would like my opinion on any of these locations in return for answering my questions, I will happy to assist
Hi
We have stayed at the Landmark 4 times now. Each time we have negotiated a deal for a junior suite up front and twice were upgraded to an Executive suite on arrival as there were no junior suites available. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable.
The hotel is in an excellent location with Nana sky train station less than 5 mins away. The bars and restaurants are excellent too. My only criticism is that the pool area is too small - it gets pretty busy in the afternoon and it can be difficult to get a lounger.
If you want to know anything else feel free to ask!!
