What is it you are looking for? People who have been to Lubuan? Ex-pats who live in Malaysia? Information about Lubuan and Sabah?

I just googled expats in Labuan and found this forum:

There are sections for different parts of Malaysia. I expect that forum will be more helpful to you, as this is a travel forum. But come back once you move there and are looking for weekend getaways or trips to other parts of SE ASia.
