KTM via nonstop United Business toChengdu vs Asiana Chengdu via Seoul

Jump to last reply

Happy Post Thanksgiving to All,
As it gets down to the wire in making reservations to KTM, today a possibility opened up that wasn't there before: United has a nonstop to Chengdu (dreamlike 787, 2 class) that yesterday showed availability. I've gotten quite excited about flying new business Asiana.....but is it worth an extra stop and 2 hour layover in Seoul? Both flights connect to an Air China flight to KTM the next morning.
Of course, I may not have the choice when flights open up (Sun 10pm) but what would you recommend?
