Japan Luggage forwarding services questions.

Jump to last reply

We're going to be in Japan next month and after a cruise, taking the Shinkansen to Kyoto from Yokohama. We'd love to avoid dealing with all our luggage on the train. I've tried searching the luggage forwarding service (Tak-Q-Bin I think it's called.) but don't see that they have a counter to send luggage from at the Yokohama Cruise Ship Pier. Does anyone know?

Has anyone here used one of the luggage delivery services in Japan? Are there ever any problems with it? Is it really reliable and secure? It looks like a really great service, if it works.

Thanks!
