Japan hotels - book early

Jump to last reply

We booked our hotels for our upcoming Japan trip many months ago. Having reserved rooms through booking.com and agoda.com, most of our reservations were refundable or the price was guaranteed to be the lowest. As the trip has gotten closer, we periodically checked prices and have learned that the prices offered when booking early are much more favorable than the ones offered today. Furthermore, many of the hotels that we booked have been sold out. So...for any of you planning a future trip, I suggest booking rooms as early as possible.
