I wonder if it is possible that take a Li River Cruise in Dec. or Jan. ? I heard that the river is too dry to take a cruise, is that true? Thanks.

Are you referring to the Li River from Xing Ping near Yangshuo, Guangxi Province (near Guilin)?
Hmm, I went in very late November quite a few years back and it didn't seem that low though there was cattle swimming and walking in it.
