I am considering flying into Changi from kho samui on Bangkok airways however it is only 1hr 40 mins between my flight in and my A380 flight with singapore air to melbourne is this enough time to change terminals collect baggage, check in baggage??
Any help would be appreciated

Check with Bangkok Air. It is a full-service airline so would normally transfer your luggage to your Singapore Air flight. In that case, 1 hour 40 minutes would be plenty - you'd just be a transit passenger.
