International Expeditions "Sea Safari" Bali to Komodo

We are considering a "Sea Safari" trip starting in Bali to Komodo Island with 5 stops in between. The trip will be 15 days to include 3 days travel (must cross inter. date line), 3 days in Bali at the Kamandalu Resort and Spa, 8 days of sailing and a1/2 day stayover at the Sanur Beach Hotel prior to return flight to U.S. We would most likely stay in Bali on our own for a couple of extra days just to relax and see more of the island. The trip will begin in mid June. While this is the first trip of IE I am wondering if anyone has used them on other trips and, if so, how well did the trip go? Would also appreciate any comments concerning the two hotel mentioned. And if we should choose to stay somewhere else at the end of the trip other than the Sanur Beach?
