Guesthouses generally aren't listed on the booking sites like rhkkmk referred to. For a good list of the options, try TravelFish.org - http://www.travelfish.org/accommodat...an/hua_hin/all
Their reccy's are generally spot on.

bevzy,
I've asked you a few times which hospital and you haven't told me yet. I hope it's San Paulo hospital as it's the best there at the moment and it's pretty close to the mall and restaurant. If it's Hua Hin hospital which is North of town, then there's not much there.
I've also asked about your budget but if you're looking for the guest houses price range then I'm afraid I don't know what to recommend. I've been to, not stay at, most hotels in Hua Hin so I can recommend them for location.
I was visiting the new Inter Continental hotel last weekend and I like the design. Not too far from town and on a good stretch of beach.
If you need more help let me know; 1/. the name of the hospital and 2/. your budget.

If you mean the hotel next to Sao Pauls Hospital that's the Sun Dance Hotel, I guess around 1,200 range a night probably. I am not familiar with your previous posts on this so not sure if there is a reason you need to be near the hospital ?
There are lots of guest houses and B&B in town and various places to the south of the town center, but I also am not really familiar with them.
As always it comes own to budget and whether you want to be town center or along the beach. If you can manage 1,200 there are quite a few good choices.
Hanuman - and to you, too busy trying to earn a decent living 555
