How hard is it to be a vegetarian in Hong Kong?

Jump to last reply

I eat eggs, milk, cheese, etc. but no meat, fish, or poultry. Will I find it difficult to find things to eat in Hong Kong? I thought I would be safe with rice and veggies, but I just read that they usually stir-fry them in oyster sauce. I plan on bringing snack foods with me anyway, but I'd really like to sample to local food.

Please help!
