yes---depends on what you want to do in each place
Way too much moving around!
You really need more time in Bangkok. And choose one or the other of Chaing Mai/Chaing Rai. With two nights in SIem Reap, you'll basically have one day to look at the temples - one of the wonders of the world - and you'll only be there a day! (Remember, you have to allow for travel time between places, and from CM/CR to Siem Reap will be most of a day). Likewise, you have almost no time in Hanoi. At Danang, your longest stay, I assume you'll just be relaxing at the beach.
If it were me, (and it's not), I'd choose Thailand and Cambodia for the two weeks. Save VN for another trip. You are trying to visit three countries with very different cultures in a mere two weeks.
You have 14 nights. Choose not more than 3 places, and you'll be much happier.
The hotels you've chosen are fine, but you are trying to cram way too much into too little time. You'll see lots and experience nothing, I fear.
