I will be travelling in KL for 3 nights from Singapore and i am looking at hotel options. Could someone suggest which of these hotels would b a better choice in terms of location and its accessibility from major tourist attractions. I am travelling with my parents and looking for option in close proximity of major tourist attractions. I am a Marriott platinum member and will be using my points this.
Thanks

Years ago we stayed at the JW Marriott- its very nice and located on the main road for a lot of shops and restaurants. A short cab ride to the Petronis Towers as well. Walking distance to the Central Market as well.
The JW and the Ritz are side by side. We stayed at the Ritz quite a few years ago now and loved it. The area is perfect for exploring. I can't picture where the Renaissance is, but I'm sure it's a lovely hotel. You are spoiled for choices in KL!
If you have privileges with Marriott then I would go with Marriott. It's walking distance to at least 5 shopping malls, you can also walk to KLCC/Petronas from the Marriott. Ask the concierge about the walkway to KLCC. There's also the very buzzy open-air food stalls at Jalan Alor not far away.
We stayed at the Ritz in 2008 and would have rather been at the Marriott. We saw the rooms at the Ritz and that convinced us even more.
