Hong Kong isn't that big. Where do you want to go? What do you like to do? Assuming the weather is good, top things to do:
- The Peak (late afternoon so you can see it at night and during the day)
- A day on Lantau Island, hiking, beaches, big buddha
- victoria harbor tour or just take the star ferry...see the light show at 8pm every night
- ride the tram and wander old neighborhoods
- Tourists love Stanley
- Ocean Park
- Hong Kong Park is quite nice, tea museum is worth a look
- Have dim sum for lunch...
- catch a horse race at Happy Valley if you are there over a Wednesday
All of these things except for Lantau Island are on Hong Kong Island. You can take buses everywhere or taxis relatively cheaply.
There are many dozens of posts here on things to do in Hong Kong. Go to the top of the page and choose Hong Kong under view by country. Cicerone has quite a number of posts with detailed suggestions. Do a search.
