Hong Kong - help

Hi, I'm going to Hong Kong for work in mid-August and will be there for 21 days, so would like to get a suite or one bedroom managed apartment. Any suggestions for sites or buildings? I'm hoping to stay near mid-levels, but somewhere fairly peaceful and clean.

Where do all the yuppies in HK live?

Lastly, since it's mid-August I'd love to find an outdoor pool to use.
