Hesitating... Four Seasons or Oberoi in Bali???

We are planning a trip to Bali next August and would like to spend the last days at one of the best places in Bali.
Some people advise for the Oberoi, others for the Four Seasons in Jimbaran, and some of them for the Four Seasons at Sayan (Ubud).
Any other recommendations ???
Based on the fact that I do not wish to find a tarentula in a cupboard or under my bed...
