Help with Cambodia itinerary

Planning a trip in November/December, thinking of four days in Siem Reap to see the temples , then boat trip to Battambang, stay there for maybe two nights then onto Phnom Penh for three nights, then to Tatai for three nights ( I have seen the 4 Rivers Floating Lodge and would love to stay there) Then back to Phnom Penh to fly home. How does this sound, I wanted a bit of time for relaxation as well as sightseeing included , have I allowed enough time in each town or have I left out a must see place. Would it be hard to get a car and driver to transport us between each of these places when we arrive or should I look for something before we leave.
