Help! Seoul for 14 hours...

I have a 14 hour layover in Seoul on my way to Bali. I arrive at 4am and depart at 6pm this Friday. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do and see, I imagine I need to leave Seoul for the airport by 2:30pm. I would like to eat some good Korean food, walk around different neighborhoods/markets, and maybe check out a palace?

1. Does anyone have suggestions on what to do/see and what is the best order? Is there anything to do early in the morning or am I better off waiting to go into town until later in the day?

2. Suggested restaurants for good authentic korean food?

3. What is the best transportation options given my timing to/from the airport and within the city? Does Korean Air offer transit tours or transportation?

Look forward to your suggestions....
