PG back to manila to get flight for Tagbilaran, stay aroun these parts to do more diving about a week
Would like to get to Legaspi.volcano and whale sharks at donsol(4-days)
then over to Borocay 4-5 days to relax on the beach and club at night..

Hi!
Manila to Puerto Galera can be done by driving. It's about 4-5 hours, depending on where you are staying in Manila.
You can fly from MNL-TAG (in Bohol) with Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines (PAL).
There aren't many airlines servicing Tagbilaran, but you can get a ferry across to Cebu and AsianSpirit (I guess its now renamed Zest Airways) flies directly to Caticlan. From Caticlan, there might be ferries going to Legazpi. From Legazpi, you can fly back to Manila. I've done a similar routing except we didn't go to Legazpi. I don't think you can find any airlines flying between TAG and LGP.
Good luck.
