Anyone know of any cheap flights that can take from from Beijing (PEK) to Bangkok (BKK)? It seems that some of the low cost airlines (e.g., AirAsia) do not fly out of Beijing. Any other ideas?

Is will be in mid-April.

Hi. I am not sure if they have the reverse flight, but we flew from BKK to Beijing on Egypt Air. There were not many options, and it was cheaper than the ThaiAir flights. This was the 2nd time we flew on Egypt Air. They had a full meal and the plane was not to crowded so you could stretch out. I would fly them again.

Check on opodo.co.uk - a UK version of Travelocity, basically. We were able to find lots of flights around Asia pretty cheaply through that. They had especially good deals on Dragon Air and Cathay. They have a lot better prices - and flights we weren't able to find on US websites, no idea why. (Getting the tickets is a challenge, but worth saving lots of money... give me a shout if you need some help with that.)

Beijing - Bangkok is too long a flight for a budget airline. As others have noted, there aren't too many choices. Basically, there's Thai and the numerous Chinese airlines.

No budget airline flight from Beijing to Bangkok.

I used to to fly with Srilankan Airline last year. It's cheaper than Thai Airways. You can check at Srilankan Airline website.
