Extra Koh Lanta hotel rooms Jan 1-6

I did a dumb thing and just missed the cutoff for cancelling my reservation for two rooms at Srilanta resort on Koh Lanta (Krabi, Thailand) with a full refund. So now I'm in a pickle, and out a lot of money. We're still going; but we have four rooms when we only need two.

The rooms were reserved/paid through agoda.com. Agoda couldn't override the $0 refund, and apparently the hotel wouldn't agree to refund me, even though this is prime tourist season. I emailed the hotel directly and have yet to hear back after several days. I'll try to call tonight as well. Any other ideas?

Anyone interested in subletting the rooms? I think I paid US$130/night.
