Excellent Customer Service with Bangkok Food Tours

Jump to last reply

I wanted to give thanks and kudos to Bangkok Food Tours for their responsive customer service. Two years ago we did a fabulous day tour with them. We enjoyed it so much that on our visit to Bangkok this year we decided to try the night tour of Chinatown. Unfortunately, while the food was good, we ended up with a very bad guide. There were just 3 of us on the tour and all 3 of us agreed how awful she was.
I decided I should give feedback to the company just so they knew that they had a guide that perhaps wasn't quite what she should be. I heard back right away from Bangkok Food Tour and they apologized and refunded our money. I didn't ask for this nor did I expect it. I just felt that a company needs to know if there is an dissatisfied customer. I think this is incredible customer service and wanted to let others know what a good company they are. I think we just got unlucky with our guide. So i highly recommend giving Bangkok Food Tour a try when you're in BKK.
