Entrance Fees to Sights in India's Golden Triangle

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some feedback on the entrance fees to sights in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Agra, Varanasi etc; generally I know that the City Palace and the Taj are higher than most but I was wondering, since our tour does not include these what I could generally expect to pay (either ruppees or USD is fine)
