Our plane is supposed to arrive in Chiang Mai (Bangkok Air) at 13:25. Our hotel is the Twenty Lodge which is supposed to be at the edge of the old city (Address: /3 Soi 3 Singharaj Road | Old Town, T. Sriphum, Chiang Mai, Thailand ). The reviews say it's about 10 minutes away from the airport. So I'm thinking of booking a 16:00 Segway Gibbon Tour (the last one of the day). So my question for anyone who knows the city is:
Will 2 1/2 hours be enough to land (is Bangkok Air usually on time?), get our checked baggage, get to the hotel, and then get to the Segway Gibbon Place at 29/4-5 Kachasarn Rd, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Enough leeway from airport to tour time in Chiang Mai

You have ample time to make it to your Guest House which is in Singharat (tip use the spelling from Google Maps it is more accurate for phonetic Thai-English)
https://maps.google.com/maps/mm?authuser=0
Then on to the Segeway office which is on the corner of Kotchasarn (correct phonetic spelling again) and Soi 3.
However, 16:00 is in middle the peak traffic, the roads are very crowded and very hot IMHO?
For sure this is not the best way or time to see the old city. I would strongly recommend walking around - it is not far and you can see the highlights and stop and dawdle, buy a snack and drinks like a delicious fruit lassi at your leisure not to a tight schedule!
and do so before 10:00
But as we say in Thailand UP2U!
