Easy access to/from Changi airport to/from Ferry station?

Easy access to/from Changi airport to/from Ferry station?
I will be arriving in Spore airport in the morning, where my mom will be arriving at the ferry terminal (from Batam).
(After putting my luggage in a storage) is it easy for me to get on a public transportation from Changi to the ferry station (to pick her up)?
And afterward we have to return back t the airport to catch on our flight to Thai...
Any advise is appreciated.

At which ferry terminal will your mom be arriving at? Harbourfront or Tanah Merah? If it's Harbourfront you can take the MRT there.
The main ports on Batam are Batam Centre, Sekupang, Waterfront City, Nongsapura and Telaga Punggur. Harbor Bay is now the main international ferry port for those heading for Nagoya, replacing the old Batu Ampar ferry terminal. Batam Center Ferry Terminal has the most frequent ferry connections to/from Singapore and Johor Bahru. Sekupang, with ferries from Singapore is best used for those catching domestic connections to the Sumatra mainland and the Karimun Islands. Waterfront City and Nongsapura mostly serve adjacent resorts while Telaga Punggur is the main ferry terminal for boats to and from Bintan
To/From Singapore: Ferries departing from the Harbourfront Ferry Terminal go to Batam Centre, Sekupang and Waterfront City (Teluk Senimba) while ferries from the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal serve Nongsapura.

I will find out which terminal exactly will she be arriving at from Batam.
But from what you described, it might be Harbourfront?
If it is, is there a direct MRT that goes there? if so, how long is the ride? and does it stop exactly at the ferry terminal?
I understand if it's Tanah Merah, then taxi would be the best option.

If it's at Tanah Merah, taxi is the best option.
For Harbourfront take the MRT from the airport (East-West Line) and change at Outram Park Station to the North East line and alight at Harbourfront. Should take less than an hour.
