Drivers in Mandalay and Bagan

Anyone have names of drivers for these two cities that will have access to an a/c van big enough for 5-6 people?
Also, any one ever stay at Hotel at Therabar Gate(very new) in Bagan?
Any other tips and ideas on shopping for any recent travels will be greatly appreciated.
