I used them for a trip to Thailand and Burma in 2006. The arrangements in Burma were ok, but Thailand (sorry to say) was mediocre at best. Guide was too casual for my taste.
Are you committed to using a tour service? Many of us have found it surprisingly easy to travel in China independently.
