Xi'an. Dec. Average low 26, average high 43. Average prep. 0.20 in. Snow is possible, but it's dry season.
Seoul. Average low 27, average high 38. Can't find prep. But again, snow is possible.
I was in Xian in Dec last year. It went down to minus three the night we were there. When you go to see the Warriors the temp is a couple degrees colder than reported city temps as they are very exposed. Bundle up as the car park to the Warriors is a long walk.
I should add that I saw snow the first time in my life in Xi'an, during a visit around Christmas or Chinese New Year. Many years ago, of course.
I actually wish to experience snow season which I've never had before. I really can't make up my mind where & when is the best time to visit them and which one shall come first. Hi, friends, any suggestion?
