Day trip to Kokedera & Arashiyama. Need help!

Can someone explain the logistics (if it would even be possible) to do the following day trip to Arashiyama during our Kyoto stay? (Working with the concierge at the hotel to arrange but their responses have been a bit confusing, to say the least.)

Hyatt Kyoto > Kokadera/Saiho-ji Temple > Sagano Romantic Train > Hozugawa Boat

*How long to get from Saiho-ji to Saga station? And how? Walk? Taxi

*How do you get from Kameoka station (end of line) to the launch point for the Hozugawa boat?

*Where does the boat drop you off? Anything interesting to do from the drop-off point? The bridge? The monkey park?

*Best way back to the hotel? Anything else of interest around Arashiyama to see on the way back?
