Dakak Beach Resort, Philippines

I traveled to Dakak Beach Resort in Northwest Mindanao back in '94 and found it very nice. Have been hearing mixed comments since (it was built by a now imprisoned Congressman). Has anybody out there traveled there recently? I'll give a plug to this part of Mindanao (Zamboanga del Norte Province). Have been there three times and found it cleaner and greener than much of the other islands of the Phils. Find some trusted friends and you can have a geat time there and find some truly out of the way places.
